The New BenQ E720

Earlier this week BenQ introduced a new camera to their award winning line with the new E720. The new camera features a 7 megapixel CCD with a 3x optical zoom and a large crisp 2.5" LCD display. The camera is encased in a sleek brushed aluminum body and features a Super Multi-Coating (smc) Pentax lens.

In addition to its luxurious exterior, the E720 is equipped with an array of functions including shake-free mode which prevents image blur due to handshake, 13-scene modes for quick setting adjustments, and continuous movie recording with optical zoom.

"Sometimes design inspiration comes from items we love to look at and touch; for many, this means luxury products such as handbags and fragrances. When I look at the E720, I think of something luxurious." said Manfred Wang, Director of BenQ Lifestyle Design Center. "If you place the E720 vertically, you'll see its resemblance to a fragrance bottle, complete with a luxurious stopper on top."
