The New Braun D800

While Braun used to be a household name for bathroom electronics they may soon change. This week they unveiled a new line of digital cameras including the Braun D800. It doesn't seem like anything too special, just a compact camera with a fairly large 2.4" LCD display.

The camera comes with a 6.2 megapixel image sensor which can interpolate to produce images at 8MP resolution. But again this is not a very unique camera at all, just a simple camera for first timers, but what do you expect from a new comer.

Aside from the standard point and shoot features the D800 comes equipped with a video and or voice recorder and self timer functions. The camera also only has 32MB of internal memory expandable with a SD memory card.
