We didn’t lie to you when we stated in our previous review that there’s some truth to every rumor. The Nikon D40 has risen as truth from the rumor mill and will be available early December for the Holiday season.Claiming to be the easiest D-SLR Nikon has ever created; this very small, light digicam includes a 2.5-inch display, an SD slot, and 6.1 megapixels.
The D40 takes shots in RAW or JPEG and comes bundled with an 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G ED II AF-S DX Zoom-Nikkor lens.
$599 is what you pay for quality digital cameras that can take breathtaking pictures.
