Problems With Sony's Cybershots
Sony has some flawed cameras on the market. Some of their Cyber-shot compact digital cameras on sale from September 2003 to January 2005 may show distorted images or they may not function at all. Four thousand out of 1 million models may be in need of repair. Not to mention they found condensation vulnerabilities in their other digital and video cameras. Not a good thing, huh?
Interestingly enough, Sony does not see a significant profit loss from these large number of defects.
