Olympus Introduces Lime Green 790 SW
Olympus announced a new lime green version of the 790 SW, which is limited to only 5000 units available in Europe. The camera has a 7.1MP sensor and is shockproof, waterproof and freeze proof.The camera has a 3x optical zoom lens, face recognition and uses BrightCapture technology. The camera is rated to shoot pictures at up to 3 feet in depth.
The zoom lens is equivalent to 38-114mm and a number of automatic photo modes are featured, including four modes specifically for underwater photography. The rear LCD is 2.5-inches.
