DPReview Check out the Olympus SP-560UZ
DPReview has posted a new review of the Olympus SP-560UZ digital camera. The camera has 8MP and a massive 18x optical zoom. Dual image stabilization and ISO settings of up to ISO 6400 are possible. Other features include RAW mode and face detection.Pros for the camera include huge zoom range, lots of features, RAW mode, and good detail on images. Cons for the camera include some gimmicky features, limited battery life, and focus hunting in low light.
The verdict is that the camera is really no better than its rivals are. DPReview says that it is cautiously recommended rather than wholehearted. The camera ears the DPReview recommended award.
