Kodak Easyshare V1253 Reviewed
Laptop Magazine has reviewed the Kodak EasyShare V1253 digital camera. This camera has 3x optical zoom, image stabilization and 12.1MP. The display is 3.1-inches and the camera stores images to SD and SDHC cards. Video can also be recorded at 720p resolution and the camera only weighs 6.4 ounces and measures in at 4 x 2.2 x 0.9 inches. Laptop says the pros are 720p video quality, face recognition and intuitive interface.
Cons are grainy image with stabilization mode, doesn’t reproduce colors well and lackluster LCD along with slow performance. In the end, the camera garners a mere 2.5 out of 5 stars.

Kodak EasyShare V1253 HD Pocketcam
Kodak’s new EasyShare V1253 is the first compact camera with video capture that records in 720p resolution. The little cam has a 3x optical zoom and a 12-megapixel sensor. The 720p resolution video is also captured at a full 30fps and sports built-in image stabilization. The bad points seem to be a proprietary USB adapter.
The rear screen is an ample 3.2-inch unit that takes up nearly the entire back of the camera. This is good considering the cam has no optic viewfinder. The MSRP is right at $300 and it should be available as you read this.

Kodak Unveils Three More Akin Digi Cams
While Kodak's announcement of the V705 was the headliner for the company today, they also showcased three other EasyShare cameras, the C743, the C875, and the C433, each of which share several features. The main difference, as you can probably guess, is the megapixel resolution. The 433 has a 4 megapixel sensor, while the 875 and 743 have 8 and 7 megapixels, respectively. The 433 and 743 each have 3x optical zooms, while the high-end 875 has 5x. They've all got similarly-sized LCD viewing screens, as well as EasyShare compatibility. Basically, if you're at all familiar with the standard EasyShare line of Kodak's products, then you already know what to expect from these "C" model cameras, except these ones promise to be a little bit slimmer than most of the older models.

Kodak's New Dual-Lens Entry: The V705
Kodak has made waves with its dual-lens cameras, designed to provide better, clearer pictures with more accuracy. With the V705, Kodak is boasting that it is the world's smallest ultra wide-angle optical zoom digital camera. While that statement does include quite a few qualifiers, it is impressive. The camera has a 5x optical zoom, in addition to a "panorama stitch" mode, which lets you take a 180 degree panoramic picture via taking three rapid-fire shots in a few seconds. You can record up to 30 seconds of VGA video, and of course the memory card slot is SD. Kodak's award-winning EasyShare technology also unsurprisingly shows up in the V705, which is great if you like to swap between your camera and computer a lot, and/or you make physical prints of most of the photos you take.
The V705 will begin shipping, worldwide, in September. More at Lets Go Digital

Kodak EasyShare P880 Review
The Kodak EasyShare P880 is a hybrid camera - combining aspects of a of a digital SRL and a compact digital camera.
LetsGoDigital reviewed the Kodak P880 in all its details:
"The Kodak P880 is an exceptional camera, something in the habit of Kodak. It combines two worlds and the fact that the camera doesnt win a beauty contest is suddenly not important at all. Do not expect that the Kodak EasyShare P880 can simply replace a digital reflex camera in al its aspects.
For this there are just too many differences from both sides and actually we even cannot speak of a real hybrid camera. There are reflex-like characteristics on the Kodak EasyShare P880, but the roots of a compact digital camera are still dominating. If you are looking for a digital camera with an exquisite quality at low sensitivities and a wide angle, the Kodak P880 is a good choice. "

Kodak Easyshare CX7330 Review
UK's DigiCamReview reviews the Kodak Easyshare CX7330 3MP Digital Camera in great detail with many photos.
Quote:
"The design is okay, the size is okay, the camera is quite compact, almost stylish and pocketable. The 1.6" screen updates smoothly and has accurate colour. The camera is very easy to use, the menu systems being easy to use although not as intuitive as expected. They are a bit basic in the amount of options and features available. The 3x optical zoom lens seems to be very good. Camera handling, and button layout are good. "
